Self Defense Workshops
Kentucky Grapplers’ Self Defense Workshops are a great way to learn basic self defense without committing to learning a specific martial art. We are aware that many people are interested in learning about protecting themselves without committing to becoming a martial artist. We offer several options to learn basic skills and techniques.
Self Defense and Fitness
Every weekday from 1:00 to 2:00pm we turn the timer on and hit things. Great for conditioning and stress relief. Basic kicking, boxing, knees and elbows are covered and corrected during training. Active rounds focus on repetition of techniques and active rests focus on flexibility and ROM.
We have a daily drop-in rate of $10 or $75 a month for unlimited classes. |
